I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I loved how spacious and clean my suite was, there were challenges. The location was fantastic, right across from the World Trade Center, but the breakfast service was hit or miss due to elevator issues. Overall, it offered great value for the money, but improvements could definitely be made in service and dining options.
